Hi again.

I know you're probably skeptical of what you've read so far, AND YOU SHOULD BE!

I've made some pretty bold claims, but stay with me on this. It'll all make sense in just a moment.

Just so you know, I'm NOT a lawyer, I'm NOT a law student and I'm NOT some ex-cop. I'm just an ordinary everyday guy.

The only difference between me and you is I stumbled on a unique way to 'beat the system'.

Here's my story...

It all started in the Spring of 2004 when I got a ticket on my way to work one day. Usually I just plead guilty and pay the fine.

But this one was different. This particular ticket was unjustified because I know I wasn't speeding. Not only that, but the cop was a real jerk.

'Pissed Off' were not the words that described how I felt! I was so furious, I absolutely refused to pay it (and I really couldn't afford to with a new baby on the way).

When I got home that night, I sat down at my computer and started searching for some information I could possibly use to get out of this ticket. Back then there wasn't too much on the subject. I found a couple of things here and there, but nothing really solid.

The next day, my boss overheard me discussing the ticket with a fellow co-worker and offered to help. He gave me the number to his brother-in-law.

Turns out that his brother-in-law is a popular law professor at our local university and a former traffic ticket attorney with 21 years of experience.

Since I had nothing to lose, I called him and spent the next 20 minutes listening, taking notes and formulating a defense plan.

I went to court with that information and in less than 5 minutes of my case being called, the ticket was dismissed!

I was in SHOCK! I actually beat my speeding ticket!

It was an amazing feeling. Afterwards, I rushed home to tell my wife the great news and vowed that no low-life traffic cop was ever going to try to hustle me again.

Then as fate would have it, a few months later I got another speeding ticket. Okay, this time I have to admit I was speeding. But I remembered what I used the first time to beat my ticket, so I decided to give it another shot.

I had my doubts though. I thought no way was this going to work a second time.

I repeated the same exact thing I did just a few months earlier and to my utter surprise, I got my ticket dismissed AGAIN! Now, I knew I was on to something.

In the days that followed, I kept thinking to myself what would've been had I known about this information years ago? I cringe at the thought of how much money I could have saved.

Not only that, but how many millions of drivers would just love to get in on this secret as well?

That's when the idea for this website came about.

It would be my personal way of getting 'even' with the system for all those years of having to pay through the ass in traffic court fines and raised insurance premiums. Lucky for me, the professor was more than willing to contribute.

To make a long story short, we quickly became great friends and over the course of the next several months he unleashed more highly classified secrets that only the most expensive lawyers in the country knew.

He completely dissected the traffic court system,
exposing its weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

Apparently he had his own gripes with the law and was eager to share with me his many years of experience defending clients.

I absorbed his wisdom like a sponge and also took the time to study on my own, reading anything and everything I could find on traffic laws. I read books the size of encyclopedias, the mere sight of would make most people squirm.

I sacrificed hundreds of hours in legal forums and websites. I researched case laws and legal briefs.

I interviewed and consulted with dozens of professionals in the legal field who knew a thing or two about contesting tickets. I even sat in on numerous court proceedings.

For 6 months I lived, ate and breathed speeding tickets.

It drove my wife CRAZY!

But I did all this because of my deep hatred for sleazy traffic cops and I was confident others would want to know what I knew as well.

I documented every one of my findings onto paper, had it professionally edited and then put into an easy to read PDF manual so that other innocent drivers could have a fighting chance at beating their speeding tickets too.

After many months of intensive research, thousands of dollars in legal expenses and countless nights of my wife screaming at me to "get a life" my book was finally complete. I titled it 'Beat the System' and in May of 2005 had it published (it eventually became a best seller in its' category selling thousands of copies across the country).

It's already helped over 9,323 drivers get their speeding tickets dismissed or their fines significantly reduced!
