Yes, the techniques inside Beat the System will work in any U.S. city (small or large) from coast to coast. These strategies are more geared towards the American judicial system, as such these techniques will NOT help you beat a speeding ticket in Canada or any other country outside the U.S.
What types of tickets does Beat the System cover?

Beat the System will help you beat ANY type of speed related traffic ticket. The ones which I deal with in depth are stationary radar, moving radar, laser, pacing, VASCAR, aerial and estimation.
What types of tickets does Beat the System NOT cover?

Beat the System WILL NOT help you with a DUI, reckless driving, drag racing, improper turns, parking or similar type tickets.
Is there a lot to memorize?

There is not one single thing for you to memorize. Unlike other books that prevent you from printing out the pages, Beat the System allows you to print out the relevant pages and take them with you to court. Remember, you are allowed to read from your notes word-for-word. So, there is nothing for you to memorize.
You make it sound so simple. Is there any way I can lose?

I would love to be able to answer no to this question, but I would be lying. Not even a highly paid lawyer will make such a guarantee.

How long does it take to prepare my case? (My court date is tomorrow).

Depending on how fast you can read and absorb information, the most it could take you is 2 (possibly 3) hours. I do recommend you read the sections that pertain to your case a couple of times to fully understand the concept better.
The book is 193 pages long, but you won't have to read the entire thing. It's conveniently broken up into different sections such as radar, laser, pacing and so on, so you can easily guide your way through.
To put it bluntly, if your court date is tomorrow morning, you will have plenty of time to prepare for your case. However, there is one particular strategy in Beat the System that requires about 5 days or so for you to obtain a particular document... but this strategy is completely optional.
Is this legal?

How long does it take to get the book?

This depends on your internet connection. With high-speed (broadband) internet, it shouldn't take longer than 30 seconds. With standard dial up it will take up to 10 minutes to download all of the books.
Does Beat the System come in a hard copy version?

Currently, Beat the System only comes as a digital e-book. However, if you really wanted a hard copy of the book, just do what many of my other readers have done. Simply save a copy of the book on a disk or memory stick. Take this disk or memory stick to your favorite print shop (Kinkos, Staples, Office Max, etc.) and have a hard copy printed out.
These print shops will also bind the pages for you so it looks and feels like an actual book. As for the cost of doing this, I can't say for sure. But, it can't be that expensive since you are printing the pages in black and white.
I have a Macintosh computer. Will I still be able to read it? What format is the book in?

Yes, Mac users can read my book. The only requirement to be able to download and read Beat the System is that you have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You must have version 5.0 or greater. You can get Adobe's latest version (9.0) free by clicking here.

You know, I get this question all the time. And it is a fair question to ask. I mean, if I were in your shoes I'd be wondering the same thing too. So, here's the plain and simple answer:
On any given day, a traffic court can have up to 50 people contesting their speeding tickets. And for all of these defendants, there's usually only ONE prosecutor to handle these cases.
Imagine if the courts were to prepare a solid case against each and every defendant they prosecuted. By solid, I mean actually taking the time and energy to research, develop and bring ALL the relevant documents that pertain to each individual. Not only that, but making certain that all of these documents have been thoroughly reviewed for accuracy.
The Cost Of Doing This

They'd have to pay the prosecutor over time and possibly hire another one. They'd have to hire additional case filers, paralegals, secretaries and court clerks to handle the extra workload, essentially cutting into their profits substantially.
I can assure you, this is NOT on the courts "To Do" List.
Yes, the courts know who I am and what I'm doing. They're well aware of the damaging information I expose. But I'm only one person with one website and it may take years before the general driving population finally catches on to these strategies.
Until that time arrives, the traffic courts are more than willing to take their chances that 99% of people who try to defend themselves will not know these secrets. And they're absolutely right!
The one or two people who do walk into court with these tactics and win their case will be accepted as a loss. But the courts will still continue to count the millions of dollars they make from the rest of the defendants that always lose their case.

It makes absolutely no sense to write a book the average person can not understand. This is typically the case with other books on the subject of beating speeding tickets.
They expect you to know very large, unpronounceable legal jargon, complicated procedures (with no explanation), technical details with regards to the radar or laser guns, and a whole assortment of other mumbo jumbo the average person won't understand.

This is the most important one because let's face it, there is a lot of garbage on the internet today. Sure, if you look around you will notice everyone has a refund policy. However, you have to read the fine print.
I've come across a number of sites that sell books on how to beat speeding tickets that do offer a money back guarantee. But the details of those guarantees are so suspicious, you'd have to be born on Mars to accept them.
For instance, one site (I won't name any names) does offer a money back guarantee with their product. But here's the catch:
1. First, you have to register the product with them within 7 days.
2. Then you have to go to court and fight your ticket.
3. Then, if you lose, you have to "show proof" that you used their methods.
4. Then you have to get a special document from the court stating you lost.
5. Then you have to mail everything to them within 30 days to be "eligible" for the refund (good luck trying to find their mailing address)!
They know with such a stringent refund policy no one in their right mind is going to go through all of that. Besides, how in the hell are you supposed to "prove" you used their methods?
It just doesn't make any sense. Why make your paying customers go through such a hassle to get their money back?
There are actually several sites with similar refund requirements. Their product is the same old recycled junk you can find anywhere on the internet and if they didn't have such a refund policy in effect, everyone would be requesting a refund almost immediately after purchase.
