Testimonials From People Who Were
Once As Skeptical As You Might Be.

Beat The System Satisfied Customers:

Thank you for responding to my email so rapidly. God bless you! I really like your style and pro-active attitude and action. I have been to many other websites dealing with speeding tickets, but it is only your site that gives enough info to make the customer certain that what they are going to receive will be worth it.

I’m leery of the other sites because you have to purchase their product before you get an idea of their approach. You know, I'm a good driver, I have to be, I'm 100% service-connected disabled Marine and sometimes, but rarely that helps with a ticket (believe me it hasn't helped in any other area of my life) and I cherish my freedoms and absolutely despise this whole revenue b.s. with traffic tickets.

I believe police have much more important things to be looking out for, in the "protect and serve" mentality of their fellow citizens. And by the way, she (the trooper) was crabby, I asked her for a warning ticket, even asked her to give an old vet a break, as I am just going to Denver at my Mother's request (she's terminally ill). And I never complain, but this whole thing has made me feel weak, preyed upon, and yeah made me do some whining and begging. I hate it.

Thank you so much for listening, helping me, and restoring my sense of humanity and dignity. You will be hearing from me again. Keep smiling :)

Sincerely,
Michael Girtman, AZ

Dear Damon,

Thank you for the prompt response.

I bought your book "Beat the system" shortly after I got your e-mail. I was impressed by your book and I find it very educational. It seems now that the idea to purchase your book was the wisest decision I could have made.

Sincerely yours,

Damon,

Thanks for the prompt response to my question. It does put my mind at ease. When I got the ticket I about shit my pants, but when I saw that five other cars were pulled over right after me (this all occurred in front of me while I was pulled over and getting a ticket) I thought that this whole thing looked like a set-up, aka "speed trap." I thought Oregon State Law prohibited speed traps after the Coburg Police Dep't ticket mill was caught nailing thousands of unsuspecting drivers along I-5?

Obviously, Multnomah County Sheriff's Dept. is trying to use the same tactics to extort money from the public.

Thanks again for your generous info and book.

Just a comment. I was an officer for over five years and after reading through your book I have realized that probably every speeding ticket that I issued during that time could have been dismissed. It is so true when you say that a speeding ticket has very little preparation by the officer or the prosecuting attorney.

There are too many other more serious cases that need the preparation time. A speeding ticket to a officer is no more than to prove to his co-workers that he is doing what he is suppose to be doing and not sleeping somewhere. Once the ticket is written and handed in at the end of his shift that’s all that matters. He has proven to his sergeant that he was productive for that shift. The sergeant never usually even knows the outcome in court. They are too busy with their own duties. So I was very impressed with your book. Keep up the good work.

Mr. Dallah:

Having read your book, I am stunned by your mastery of defeating speeding tickets. You are brilliant and a hero.

I am looking forward to speaking with you in the next several days. It is truly a must have. I remain amazed at your cleverness in helping novice individuals adequately prepare a winning defense against radar. You certainly are to be admired.

Thank you,
Cory

I just wanted to let you know that your advice in your book helped me prepare for my court case. I had a very comprehensive defense prepared but the officer never showed so I didn’t have to present my case, although I was looking forward to the challenge. Thanks again.

Phil

Thanks very much, Damon! You are the best! The world needs many, many, many more people like you to make it a better (and safer, as opposed to $afer) place to live in. I got my book in my mailbox; thanks for that too. I fully understand the nature of the information you are most generously providing, and consider it valuable knowledge.

Once again, thank you very, very much!

Hi Damon,

Had a chance to read your book and your e-mail. Thanks for the quick response and the time you spent answering my e-mail. I will attempt to implement your strategies in the up coming date.

Unfortunately I had already tipped the court, picked up the subpoenadocuments.

I haven't file them yet and don't intent on doing so. After reading your book and also the advise you gave me. But they did take information from me when they gave me the paper work .

Thanks for opening my eyes. I feel good about going into court having information on my side. One always feels abused and ripped offand after reading your book that feeling is well deserved.

Much appreciation.
Luis

"You’re quietly driving. Suddenly, it’s right on top of you. Brightly flashing strobe colored lights, and the hand motion to the side of the road. You’ve just been snared by radar. Distressed, overwhelmed, frightened, even intimidated?

You feel it all in the pit of your stomach. And it’s not going away, just like the summons being handed to you by the local or state police. We’ve all seen it, some of us have even been there. But, what do you do when you’ve been papered?

For those of us with a copy of “Beat The System,” the answer is clear.

Written in layman terms, Damon Dallah demystifies both the court procedure and the different forms of radar. No longer will you automatically yield to mailing a check to the court or appearing there seeking, “the Court's mercy".

Beat the System keeps you from being victimized by a process you don’t understand. Now you know step by easy step what to do to challenge and beat the system. I personally found Dallah’s book to be a real time/life saver."

Your book is amazing! It makes so much sense, and I plan to use your methods in court for my speeding ticket. Thanks for the help.

In my opinion this book is the next best thing to having a hired expert at your defense table. I can’t believe you only charge $39.95, its well worth the cost. It's actually worth more than what you charge. I was astounded at the profundity of your knowledge, and how realistic your advice is. Your material gives me the best advantage for walking away without taking a severe beating in court hearing designed to find you guilty.

Thank you so much for such a revealing book.

WOW! I just got done reading your book and I'm just in awe. I am convinced and ready to fight my ticket...but theres only one thing I'm worried about. I'm only 17. I just want to know if I have a good chance of winning this case. The judge might look at me like I'm just some stupid kid, especially since I got this particular speeding ticket in Ohio. The speeding ticket capital USA! Your input would mean a great deal to me. Thank you.

Tylor Kusman, Ohio

MY RESPONSE TO TYLOR’S QUESTION:

Hello Tylor,

Thank you for those kind words about my book. You know, being 17 years old should be the last thing to worry about. Age has absolutely nothing to do with beating a speeding ticket.

As a matter of fact, most judges will be impressed with your defense tactics and often dismiss the case. It’s not everyday that a 17 year old puts up a hard fought battle inside the courtroom.

I actually taught my cousin (who at the time was only 17 years old) how to beat his speeding ticket. I wrote down the exact questions for him to ask the officer the night before. The next day I believe his trial lasted a whole 8 minutes.

The officer couldn’t prove that (omitted) and in Ohio (which btw is my home state) the judge really has no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Just stick to the strategies in my book and you should do just fine Tylor. Don’t let the fact that you are young get to you. I promise, that if you do what I tell you to do then you should have no problem beating your ticket.

Let me know if you have any more questions...

Firstly it is very clear to me that the quality of your book is superb, it's very well written and I have no doubt that what you are delivering is packed full of hard to find info.

My son thought your book Dirty Rotten Tricks was fantastic. He's considerate, but still young blokes like the idea of a bit of adventure and a laugh.

It's such an unusual subject and the main book about tackling a speeding ticket in court is easily worth the price you are asking.

It's very good value.

Hello Damon,

Today is a glorious day. Not only because its February and the weather is wonderful, but because I actually beat my speeding ticket today. And I owe it all to you. You know, the funny thing is that I never even considered fighting my ticket. I was just going to pay up like I always do.

But, I noticed your website online one day and I was curious. After having read your webpage, I was eager to take a look at what you had to offer. Once I was done reading the book, I thought to myself that this isn't really that hard, so I decided to give it a try.

Being that my state regards speeding tickets as a civil offense, I opted to try the MUTCD defense in your book. It took about 2 days to get a (omitted), but after I did it I felt almost invincible. The (omitted) was the answer to my prayers.

I looked it over and actually found a major discrepancy in it. It turns out that the (omitted).

I went to court and after the officer gave his testimony I asked him for a copy of the (omitted). He kind of just sat there with confusion. I don't think he ever heard of it before. Anyway, the judge butted in and asked me how was that relevant to the case. Just like you mentioned in your book, I was ready for a response like that from the judge and copied what to say from your book. After I read it to the judge, he hesitated and then turned to the officer and asked him if he brought a copy of the (omitted).

Of course the officer didn't have it. When he said he didn't have it, I quickly motioned for a dismissal. The judge then had no choice but to grant it to me, although very unwillingly.

CASE DISMISSED!

Dude, you have no idea of how proud I felt when he said those words. It really is a great accomplishment to walk out of court an innocent man. I couldn't have done it without you. I will tell all of my friends about you and your awesome book.

I now know the secrets to beating speeding tickets and will never pay for another one for as long as I live. Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Robert Traylor, NC

I have a confession to make. I didn't actually buy your book, it was given to me by a friend who did in fact purchase your book (so I guess that makes it OK). But after having read it, it's clear to me that I would have paid 5 times what you are currently asking for it. I am writing this letter to you to thank you for delivering such high quality andpractical advice in your book. I used your most informative advice you give on plea bargaining and was able to have my speeding ticket reduced down to a non moving violation. Of course you know this means no points on my record and hundreds of extra dollars in my pocket. Without your book I wouldn't have known how to approach the prosecutor or even what to say. But you really made it easy.

I used one of your techniques of telling the prosecutor that I (omitted) but was willing to plea bargain. I think that got him scared a bit. We walked to his office where he sat down and told me he was not one to reduce speeding tickets down to non-moving violations. I think I really scared him with the (omitted). That was absolute genius. I could never have done this without the amazing information you give in your book.

Thanks again!
