Should You Listen Me?

Hi again.

My name is Damon Dallah, author and owner of this website. I know you're probably skeptical of what you've read so far, AND YOU SHOULD BE!

However, although I may be no different than you and I've never stepped foot inside a law school before... you should listen to what I say.

To be honest with you, I didn't originally set out in search of all of this. My story involves a little bit of luck, a little bit of knowing the right people and a whole lot of hard work.

Here's my story...

It all started in the Spring of 2004 when I got a speeding ticket while running late for work one day. Usually I just plead guilty, pay the fine and brace myself for when my insurance rate would eventually skyrocket.

But this time my boss overheard me discussing the ticket with a fellow co-worker and offered to help. He gave me the number to his brother-in-law.

It turns out that his brother-in-law is a law professor at our local university and a former trial attorney with 16 years experience.

Since I had nothing to lose, I called him and spent the next 20 minutes listening, taking notes and formulating a defense plan with the professor.

I went to court with that information and in less than 5 minutes of my case being called, the ticket was dismissed.

The strategy was remarkably simple.

In the days that followed, I kept thinking to myself what would've been had I known about this information years ago? Not only that, but how many millions of drivers in this country would just love to get in on it as well?

That's when the idea for this website came about. I felt an obligation to share my knowledge with the rest of the country.

It would be my personal way of getting 'even' with the system for all those years of having to pay through the ass in traffic court fines and raised insurance premiums. And the professor was more than willing to contribute.

To make a long story short, we quickly became great friends and over the course of the next several months he unleashed more highly classified secrets that only the most expensive lawyers in the country knew.

He completely dissected the traffic court system,
exposing its weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

Apparently he had his own gripes with the law and was eager to share with me his many years of experience defending clients.

I absorbed his wisdom like a sponge and also took the time to study on my own, reading anything and everything I could find on traffic laws. I read books the size of encyclopedias, the mere sight of would make most people squirm.

I sacrificed hundreds of hours in legal forums and websites. I researched case laws and legal briefs.

I interviewed and consulted with dozens of professionals in the legal field who knew a thing or two about contesting tickets. I even sat in on numerous court proceedings.

For 9 months I lived, ate and breathed traffic tickets. It drove my wife CRAZY!

But I did all this because of my deep hatred for sleazy traffic cops and I was confident others would want to know what I knew as well.
